Dr Tommy Kaye
Sport & Exercise Medicine Doctor
Tommy has been a local NHS General Practitioner for the last 15 years and he continues in this role as GP and GP trainer. During this time he has been assisting with various medical services at the Clinic and has cultivated a keen interest in Sports Medicine, completing a Masters Degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine in 2013 and a Medical Doctorate in Sports Medicine in 2024.
Alongside General Practice Tommy worked in professional football as the Falkirk FC club doctor for over 10 years and has worked intermittently for the Scottish Football Association. He has experience of medical cover at various sporting events including the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games when he worked as a sports doctor for swimming. He has a particular interest in Sports and Exercise Medicine research and is an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Glasgow.
Tommy is a father of two who loves the outdoors, all sports and a barbeque!
